Slow negatives
I was wondering about your thoughts on slow negatives, how many seconds?

guys try to incorporate slower movements on the down or eccentric portion of your exercises on a regular basis. I am not saying 10 seconds but at least 3-5. I am telling you it will be jaw dropping that it took you this long to incorporate it in your workouts.

You give descriptions of our exercises but is there a place to see video so I can make sure my form is correct?

A little late in responding to this one however these are the types of offerings available in our premium tier. Plenty of free content but specifics that are personal would be applicable to a more hands on approach, hence my premium set up. Happy you are part of the brotherhood.
Why most men neglect the muscles they can't see
Most guys avoid training their back, glutes, and hamstrings for one simple reason, they can't see them. You can't get immediate gratification from a muscle you're not staring at in the mirror. So it gets skipped. And over time, that imbalance catches up with you. A holistic approach means training what you can't see just as seriously as what you can. Rear delts, lats, glutes, hamstrings, calves, these aren't optional. They're the foundation of longevity. The key to all of it? Mind-muscle connection. Especially for the areas working behind you.
