Ha ha, I love cats, so this is the chuckle I hope you get today! And, I gotta say it every time, that the comics are funny b/c they imitate real life. When you make changes to your lifestyle habits, it is well-documented that you can add years to your life, at ANY AGE. Even if you start late, you can improve the quality and quantity of your years. What could be possible for you? Tiny steps add up. You don't have to change things all at once. We are here to help! What's an area of your life where you feel ready to explore small changes?

Alright everyone, what is one win from this week that you can share? No win is too small. I'll start! When it is colder outside (as many of us have been experiencing with storms) and the sidewalks are icy, getting out for walks is challenging, so rather than just skip that movement, I substituted walking up and down our stairs and hopping on the Peloton. Your turn!

My win this week was meal planning! I made a breakfast casserole and also baked some salmon and tilapia to have our protein for dinner ready to go on our busy nights.
