Delegating Google Ads Management?
Is there anyone here with experience hiring people to help manage client Google Ads accounts? I’m currently running one account and have been asked to take over another when I leave my current workplace. More are likely coming in through referrals, and at some point juggling them all will get in the way of growing the business. I trust myself to run the Google Ads well, but I’m unsure about delegating to others. I’ve looked for guidance on this but haven’t found much, so I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s been through the process and how you handled it.

@Cameron Walker Hey Cameron. Awesome that's helpful and I agree I would certainly have to start by having a decent level on involvement. Could I just ask one last follow up, where's a good place to go about finding someone to help with the Ads? Upwork?
What Funnel? No meta forms
Hi everyone, I always use Meta instant forms and they look nice and work for me quite well, but i feel like there are better options to keep potential clients more hooked. Like to work with a funnel thats more personalised and more customizable. For example: Kitchen renovation question: 'what do you want to have renovated' and then the answers are pictures for example. Does anyone know a software or anything like that, not too expensive per month to make customizable funnels? Thanks as always!

I would look at GHLevel or ClickFunnels. If you decide to go with GHL let me know I could potentially let you trial it
Google Ads, and Keywords
Hey, and thanks also @Cameron Walker What a legend that guy is... In our call last week we spoke about keywords, and for a niche of emergency dentistry, we spoke about having just a few keywords. I've looked at the ad account im managing, and realised that the historic ads guy, has like 100+ keywords. And it got me thinking, why was that so different. It also seemed to work well, as far as I can see. So what is the difference? My thinking is, 1) Option 1: Few keywords approach: Makes a tighter set or keywords and is more precise. We don't waste budget and are precision targeting. 2) Option 2: Many keywords: a bit more of a sweeping approach, will get more but might not be as precise. If I want to go for mass leads and have a higher budget then 2) would be better and 1) if not. Is that correct? Maybe one cold run 2 campaigns, one with the 1) approach and one with the 2) approach. The 1) approach could be a higher budget.

@Cameron Walker Agreed
Rate My Funnel
Hey all Just launched my own ad campaign last week. Been going really well actually But I saw someone asking for feedback on their funnel earlier this week so figured I'd do the same because it's the first time I've used my own as opposed to using it for service delivery and I'm always open to learning where I can Here it is https://emmettmccarry.com/welcome Please don't make any submissions on it. If you do it takes you through to this page https://emmettmccarry.com/lets-talk And if you book a call it takes you through to this page https://emmettmccarry.com/thank-you Keen to hear everyone's thoughts including @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell if he's free

Hey looks good. If I had to pick on stuff I would say 1. Too many bleed points (places other than main CTA to click through to) 2. The thumbnail appears stretched on the video (not a big deal but it's the first thing the user will see)
The Most Valuable Thing I’ve Ever Built (JAB), Now FREE...
tl;dr: I have decided to make Jimmy's Agency Brain completely free for a limited time as I really just want to help as many of you as I can. You can access it by getting to level 2. Access it Here https://www.skool.com/kings/classroom/421ef76e?md=30a2b553536f43bf8fde5992a0fc1c3e When I started this group, my mission was simple: Help as many agencies as I can run their business properly, master service delivery, and keep clients forever. Because the truth is, most of the problems in our industry, the churn, the constant client hunting, the burnout, come from never really nailing the fundamentals of running an agency and looking after clients the right way. I’ve spent years coaching thousands of agency owners, and I kept seeing the same questions come up over and over again: - How do I keep clients longer? - How do I fix delivery issues without losing trust? - How do I run my agency like a business, not a hamster wheel? That’s why I built Jimmy’s Agency Brain, an AI assistant trained on over 3,700 real coaching calls I’ve done with agency owners. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7, ready to give you my real, proven answers instantly, no fluff, no theory, just what works in the real world. This tool used to be paid, but I want it in the hands of as many serious agency owners here as possible. So I’m making it a Level 2 Gift and COMPLETELY FREE. All you need to do to unlock it is: 1. Make a post in the group 2. Comment on a few other posts That’s it. No cost, no catch, just show up, engage, and you’ll get lifetime access to something that can genuinely change the way you run your agency. Because if this group becomes full of agency owners who get it, who master service and client retention, we raise the standard for the whole space. Let’s make that the norm. – Jimmy
