Delegating Google Ads Management?

Is there anyone here with experience hiring people to help manage client Google Ads accounts?

I’m currently running one account and have been asked to take over another when I leave my current workplace. More are likely coming in through referrals, and at some point juggling them all will get in the way of growing the business.

I trust myself to run the Google Ads well, but I’m unsure about delegating to others. I’ve looked for guidance on this but haven’t found much, so I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s been through the process and how you handled it.
