I am hani, age 38 years, height 5.4, weight 82 kg. Mother of two, both delivered normal. One is 5 years old and other is 1.5 years old. Working lady from 8 to 4pm. No access of mobile and internet during office timings. Successfully lost w8 before marriage from 72 kg to 65kg with diet and workout. But after that w8 kept on increasing.stressful life without almost zero mobility.knee pain, severe hair fall and heavy chin hair.sometimes severe headache start which doesnt heal quickly.. Tension at office and office.mother guilt.. Overthiking.. Try to start w8 loss every week but quit soon . Stress eating... Also student of higher studies.. Always depressed

10 min empty stomach walk 1 glass water 2 boiled eggs in breakfast plus tea 1 cup coffee made with jaggry instead of sugar Half liter water till now
