I learned a ton of really good information in the sales module! Still taking notes and will need to go back to lock it all in, but I had a question regarding the 50% off discount you give to move customers into a recurring monthly plan. Are they still getting a deep clean? I know it says they will get the same clean. How do you make that work in terms of paying your cleaners? I know you probably give about 45% to the cleaner, and if they are doing another time consuming deep clean for a lot less pay the second time around, doesn’t that cause issues? Maybe I misunderstood it, or you are just at that high of a level with a reputation in Seattle that you can command that price point and the cleaners know you will consistently get them jobs. I think the concept is genius and I know you said we don’t have to do 50%. Just want to peek behind the curtain a bit.

Hi Daniel, I have a question. So far I have two commercial clients, and this was from organic Facebook marketing. But as I try to look for more here’s what I thought of possibly doing. Which method or idea would be best? Since I haven’t rlly done much cold emailing or ads primarily for commercial. -Cold Email Business Owners/Property Managers -Cold Call -Go in person introduce myself/services and leave a business packet - Ads ETC Those are the options I thought of, but curious which would be more lucrative and better.

Don’t overcomplicate your business! 👊
As a cleaning company still in my early stages, I honestly overcomplicated things a lot at first. I spent hours and days trying to perfect my website, make creatives, and tweak systems — but I realized none of that really mattered if I wasn’t focusing on the business itself. What actually makes the difference is: • Converting customers • Delivering great work consistently • Perfecting the sales side Keep it simple, focus on these basics too, and everything will come together and make sense.

Daniel, is better to have your business under LLC if so, should the LLC bring under the business name or your personal name. What are the advantages and disadvantages for both of them.
