Commercial Leads

Hi Daniel, I have a question. So far I have two commercial clients, and this was from organic Facebook marketing. But as I try to look for more here’s what I thought of possibly doing. Which method or idea would be best? Since I haven’t rlly done much cold emailing or ads primarily for commercial.

-Cold Email Business Owners/Property Managers

-Cold Call

-Go in person introduce myself/services and leave a business packet

- Ads ETC

Those are the options I thought of, but curious which would be more lucrative and better.
