Curious… how many of you are still stuck in the learning phase?
Quick question How many people here are actually making money right now vs still learning? I’ve been noticing a lot of people (including me earlier) get stuck in this loop of learning, watching content, building things… but never really getting clients. So I’m curious what the reality looks like in this community. Also if you’re still stuck in the learning phase, what’s the main thing holding you back? For me, I feel like most people don’t lack skills… they lack clarity on getting clients. Curious to hear honestly Where are you at right now?

🚀 Free WhatsApp Automation Setup for 3 Businesses (Case Study Opportunity)
🚀 Looking for 3 businesses who want to automate their WhatsApp (FREE setup) I’m currently building my WhatsApp AI Automation portfolio, and I’m looking for 3 businesses to implement this for completely free. This uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (not some unreliable bot tool), so it’s stable, scalable, and works like a real system businesses can rely on. Here’s what the automation can do: ✅ Instant replies to new WhatsApp leads (no more delayed responses) ✅ Answer FAQs automatically using AI ✅ Handle multimedia messages — text, voice notes, images, documents, even videos ✅ Send project/product information automatically ✅ Qualify leads automatically with smart questions ✅ Book appointments or site visits directly from WhatsApp ✅ 24/7 response system so you never miss a lead ✅ Human handover when needed Why this matters: Many customers message multiple businesses at once. The one who replies first usually wins the customer. This system ensures every lead gets an instant response within seconds, even at midnight. ⚡ What I’m offering I will build and set up the full automation for FREE for the first 3 businesses that reply. You only need to cover WhatsApp API conversation charges (which are very small and paid directly to Meta). In return, I’ll just ask for: • permission to use the project as a portfolio case study • honest feedback/testimonial If you run a business that gets WhatsApp leads (real estate, services, local business, etc.), this can save a lot of time and increase conversions. Comment “WhatsApp” or DM me if you're in terested. First 3 businesses only.

🚀New Video: Claude Code + Blotato = Content Machine
In this video, you'll learn how to combine Claude Code and Blotato to automatically repurpose a single YouTube video into finished LinkedIn, Instagram, and X posts with custom visuals, all in a matter of minutes. Starting from a brand new setup, the full walkthrough covers installing Claude Code in VS Code, connecting to Blotato, and building a reusable skill that handles transcript extraction, platform-specific copy, and graphic creation. Every time you run it and give it feedback, it gets better, making this one of the highest-leverage content systems you can build right now.

@Nate Herk This is high leverage for content teams. Turning one video into multi-platform content in minutes is huge, especially for consistency. Curious — how are you handling platform-specific tone and hooks? Because LinkedIn vs Instagram vs X usually need very different styles to actually perform.
E-Commerce Company Cut Order Processing From 15 Minutes to 1 Minute - 93% Time Savings 🔥
Spanish e-commerce company Habitium. Order processing: 15 minutes per order. Built automation. Processing dropped to 1 minute. 93% time savings. E-commerce content production increased 400% at same quality level. THE ORDER PROCESSING BOTTLENECK: Every supplier invoice: - Email PDF attachment - Manual data entry: line items, quantities, prices, SKUs - Update inventory system - Compare to purchase order - Process payment 15 minutes per order. At 200 orders daily = 50 hours weekly. THE 7-NODE WORKFLOW: 1. Monitor supplier email 2. Extract invoice PDFs 3. Pull line items, quantities, prices, shipping terms 4. Compare to purchase order 5. Flag discrepancies over 2% 6. Auto-update inventory database 7. Trigger reorder if stock below threshold Processing: 15 minutes → 1 minute per order. THE VALIDATION LAYER: Not everything auto-processes: - Perfect match to PO = auto-approved - Price variance over 2% = review queue - New supplier or unusual terms = manual approval E-commerce can't afford wrong inventory counts. THE RESULTS: Before: - 15 minutes per order - 200 orders daily - 50 hours weekly staff time - Error rate: 6% After: - 1 minute per order - 200 orders daily - 7 hours weekly staff time - Error rate: 0.8% - Time saved: 43 hours weekly THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY: Small e-commerce reports 25-40% cost savings year one from automation. E-commerce has lower barriers than healthcare or finance. Easier to sell, easier to build. THE CLIENT PROFILE: Online stores: 50-500 orders daily Dropshippers: Multiple suppliers Amazon FBA sellers: Inventory management They're already comfortable with automation (Shopify, WooCommerce). Just need help connecting pieces. THE PRICING: Setup: $1,200 Monthly: $400 Per-order processing: $0.08 At 6,000 orders monthly: $480 processing fees + $400 retainer = $880/month. What e-commerce document process takes the longest for online sellers?

@Duy Bui This is the kind of automation that actually moves the needle. Cutting manual invoice processing from 15 mins to 1 min isn’t just time saving — it directly reduces operational cost and human error. Curious — how are you handling edge cases like inconsistent invoice formats or missing SKU mappings? That’s usually where most automations break.
How much have you made so far with AI?

@Fausto Rodriguez < $1k so far. But honestly, most people stay stuck because they keep learning instead of building. What’s working for me: • Daily outreach • Picking one problem (slow business responses) • Building AI systems around that instead of chasing every new tool Now it’s just about getting the first few clients.
