Hello AIS members,👋 I likely have an upcoming meeting next week where I am well behind the leaders I am working with! Any advice? For context: - I am helping a $3M business owner who✅ - is a franchisee of a $1B+ company ✅ - and a finance expert that partners with them ($700M+ in management and Fortune 500 Ex CFO)✅ - I am helping them fix a smallish technical problem within the smaller business system and likely having a small virtual intro convo with them Monday. - Pro: I am not leading the meeting, I am just getting acquainted (and already work for the $3M+ owner) I know some of you may have experience communicating with higher level leaders! Note: I just posted essentially the same thing in another community, but thought good may come out of here too!
