Burnout
Hey everyone! I believe there might be someone or even many of us who have had or is having a burnout. Iv been covering from one about 6months now. So, my question is what are your GO TO routines/healing/foods/supplements/actions etc to support your healing and well being after Burnout? All the insights are very welcome, thanks! 🙏

Hello Antti. I’m actually still in very long process of recovery, too. I remember walking from work in tears turning my phone off and thinking “This is it. I can’t do it anymore.” Since that time i stopped drinking second coffee, added more herbal teas, started focusing on food, especially protein and vegetable (that’s on me, because food was always my last priority). Even my nutritionist told me to start to go outside, look on trees, calm the heartbeat. It seemed too weird, but I did buy some pencils and started to go to parks, sit there and just drawing, looking around. I did download meditation app of course. And the biggest change was to say “no”. I was always doing everything for the others. At work and even in my personal life. So i stopped. Because I felt my body can’t do it anymore. Morning yoga, evening yin yoga. Strenght training twice a week, cardio once in week. Slowly finding the way. It’s not coming all in one. It’s very slowly process, especially after you go back to your work routine. The thing is, I found out, doing the easiest things in your work day is just SO difficult. I didn’t eat, I didn’t exercise, had too much coffee and was constantly doing work for my colleagues. Just use meditation as a tool to find a way of doing what you really want to do. Follow your heart. With healthy habits.

1) Hi, my name is Denisa, living in Prague, Czech republic. 2) I’m trying to find the best way of healthy living after 12 years in hotel industry, night shifts on bar with lot of alcohol and caffeine and not enough sleep. I think I did enjoy it, but my body definetly didn’t. 3) Switched hotel industry for running company with healthy food, bought Oura and now trying to do my best to give my body what it needs. 4) All of them.
