We’re running it again!
I wasn't planning to run this masterclass again so soon, but... the feedback from the last session made me realize I HAD TO! A lot of you got real clarity from it, and a lot of you couldn’t make the 7pm time. So we’re doing it again. Same masterclass, better time. If you missed it the first time, this is your chance to join! I’m going to walk you through the exact framework I wish I had when I started my career coaching business. The one that would’ve saved me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. If you’re feeling stuck or spread thin, you’ll want to be there. You can register FOR FREE here: https://shorturl.at/1YRLt

The Advantage Most People Miss When Becoming a Career coach
A lot of people think becoming a career coach means starting from scratch. But that’s rarely true. Most successful coaches didn’t invent expertise. They translated their past experience. A recruiter becomes a coach who understands hiring decisions. A hiring manager becomes a coach who understands evaluation. A corporate leader becomes a coach who understands promotion dynamics. Your previous career is usually the foundation of your coaching advantage. Not something you leave behind. So here’s something worth thinking about: What part of your previous experience gives you the biggest edge as a career coach? The thing clients come to you for that others might not understand as deeply. Sometimes the strongest positioning is hiding in the experience you already have.

Exactly! If you know how things work, you're gonna be able to tell your client insider secrets that no one else can know unless they have worked in the field. That becomes your differentiator.
You Can Usually Tell Early On
There’s a pattern I’ve started to notice, that you can usually tell early on who’s going to struggle in this industry. Not because they’re not smart or because they don’t have experience. But because they skip the part that actually builds the foundation. I had a conversation once with someone who wanted to go all in on career coaching. But when we got into it, they hadn’t really spent time helping people yet. No real understanding of how to guide someone through the full process, or proof that what they were thinking would actually work. So instead of talking about offers or content, the conversation shifted. Start with the work. Help a few people first. Do it for free. Learn what actually happens when someone is in the middle of a job search. Because that’s where everything comes from. And honestly, it’s what protects you from building something on shaky ground. The people who rush past that stage usually struggle later. The ones who lean into it build something much more solid. Curious how you see this. What do you think are early signs that someone is actually on the right path in this space?
The Moment You Realize You’re Actually a Career Coach
One of the strangest parts of becoming a career coach is that there’s no clear moment where someone gives you the title. At first, you don’t have a degree that magically flips the switch. No official promotion. At some point, you might just realize people are asking you for advice. You’re helping someone think through their career. You’re guiding them through decisions that matter. And suddenly the question appears: Is this something I could actually build a business around? Most career coaches didn’t start by saying “I want to start a coaching company.” They started by helping people. Then the pattern becomes obvious. So I’m curious about something: What was the first moment you realized this could actually be a business for you? Not when you decided to go all in. The moment the idea first crossed your mind.
