When I met Adam and Reno, they were both building their own businesses in very different ways. Different backgrounds. Different styles. Different ideas about marketing, and especially about what “good content” looked like on LinkedIn. What made the partnership work wasn’t that we were the same; it’s that we saw things differently. My focus has always been on business structure, clarity, and execution. Theirs was on distribution, messaging, and the corporate language their audiences understood inside out. Helping them build their businesses was one of the most energizing things I’ve done. And once we combined our perspectives, we realized we could support a lot more coaches than any of us could alone. That’s what led to the program we ran together, what many of you knew as the LinkedIn Coaches Accelerator. Three full cohorts. An evergreen version. Dozens of coaches hitting their first clients in 12 weeks. It was intense, fun, and honestly a reminder of how powerful complementary skills can be. Which brings me to something new we’re excited about. We’re launching a podcast together.
