“How much should I charge for my coaching program?”
It’s a tough one because pricing feels personal. Too low and you wonder if clients will value you. Too high and you worry you’ll scare them off. I’ve seen coaches struggle for months, tweaking prices, guessing, and second-guessing. But here’s what I tell them Price your program based on the real value you deliver. Specifically, between 2% to 5% of your client’s first-year salary offer. - Lower-touch programs = around 2% - Hybrid programs = around 4% - High-touch, one-on-one intensive programs = around 5% If your clients are landing $100,000 jobs, that means: - $2,000 for a low-touch program - $4,000 for a hybrid - $5,000 for a high-touch offer This simple formula shifts the conversation from “What if they say no?” To “Is this price fair for what I help them earn?” It gives coaches confidence. And clients a clear reason to say yes. If pricing your program feels like a guessing game, try this instead. It might just change everything. @Daniel Botero I am a career coach specializing in the tech space. I have been coaching sr cyber security architects that are in high demand. Because of this sometimes they land their outcome (ideal position) in 5 to 6 weeks, ending the coaching. Not ideal, unless they provide referrals.

@Regan Setter I like the guarantee idea. Alex Hormozi swears by it. Just struggling to incorporate it into my prospecting calls.
