How do you deal with refunds?
I've signed many clients lately in my 8 week cooking coaching program. A couple clients requested a refund before ending it. How do you deal with this? I already tried to talk with them and understand it better. Usually I don't offer any refunds but at the same time I'm not able to deliver my service+result if they opt out.

Context: I help business owners sell ethically by helping them overcome their fear of sales, build belief in their product, and close their specific offer without losing their moral values or selling their soul. My close rate is 80% and above and, thankfully my clients get close to 60% after working with me. Problem: 1. I am getting clients who don't get appointments in the first place so, getting big results for them is hard. And, I have to end up focusing on getting them appointments which, to be honest, I CAN'T. 2. So, the immediate answer is to focus on people who are getting the appointments and help them close way more deals in the same amount of work they are doing. But, I am having a hard time believing those people need my help. Help I need from you guys: 1. Do you think there are people who get appointments but have a hard time closing deals because they were only taught pushy, manipulative techniques? They want to avoid that at all costs and would love someone to show them a different way. 2. Are you that someone? If so, please let me know your challenges so, I can have proof that there are people like that who need my help. I already have 3 clients like that but, that's too low of a number to study the market! P.S.: If you need any more information about my problem please ask in the comments!

@Bipasha Dutta taking more action is not the goal: the goal is to help more people and make more money. that said, yes, together with other parts like content, lead gen, prospecting, product development etc

Kitchen TIMER…. There are a lot of questions about “how do I focus and do you have any tips?” I struggle with focusing and have for years, for as long as I can recall. So when nothing is moving forward, or I haven’t started what I know I want to start… I use a kitchen timer. NOT a phone… For some it can be the ultimate cheap focus HACK. You probably already know, but when you push the button to begin, your mind is instantly set free to focus on you chosen subject. If you have additional or even better tips share if you will. Starting the year strongly. Getting Clients AND Keeping clients > getting clients. P.S. The churn will most likely increase when we scale. But we will always prioritize keeping it as low as possible. And I recommend you prioritize it as well. Not just with words, but with actions. You won't regret it.
