How do you deal with refunds?
I've signed many clients lately in my 8 week cooking coaching program. A couple clients requested a refund before ending it.
How do you deal with this? I already tried to talk with them and understand it better.
Usually I don't offer any refunds but at the same time I'm not able to deliver my service+result if they opt out.
