Somatic Breathwork
I just have to say that you guys do such a wonderful job teaching us all how we need to do the breathwork practice. I mean that from the core of my being! We have the nicest, the most understanding individuals that are running the course with us. It doesn't matter who we talk about whether it is Jagers, Adam, Casey, Samir or Fish in the daily support; or Nadeem, Luca in the Sales. Everyone may be different but they all show up with everything they can be! I have never been in a program (and there were many, many!) that were so supportive! I think that words can't fully disclose exactly what I am trying to say but I just needed to show some love to everyone within this company! You are truly a golden company!
Breath Holding
Hey I am not sure where I am supposed to ask questions of folks that know so I just figured I would put my question right here. How long should I be holding my breath each time there is a breath hold. It seems that I can hold my breath so much longer than what everyone is asking us to hold it. Is that ok to do? Especially when doing the daily exercise, I think that I can hold my breath for approximately 3 minutes and the challenge is that there may be 1-2 minutes to do the repatterning of the ARC in that case. Is that a good thing, a bad thing or is it a neutral thing?

@Court Simp well that’s what I was initially doing and I was really happy with my results. And then I started pulling back and it seems as though I’m not getting the same results l really enjoyed. I just figured that I would put up the question to see what kind of response I would get. Thank you so much for your comment!

@Venever Vice you know, I really do believe that I was made to do breathwork because I think that before this course I could hold my breath pretty well. But now I’m like wondering if I should start swimming because I can hold it now! I can feel the Calmness that you talked about in my breath as I am just sitting and enjoying it all. I really do love doing the breathwork so much. Thanks for your holding space for me and cheers to you!
Much appreciation
I had an ayahuasca ceremony where I had a shamanic initiation and had an out of body experience. When I first started the plant medicine journey, the first thing I was guided to do was breathe. I was shown how powerful your connection to breath is and that moment came to me when I was following along with the replay of Day 2 for the hour long breath work experience. When I was learning how to journey, a shamanic practice of navigating the unseen realms, the teacher had us journey to our future self of our highest timeline and ask for guidance on how to get there. I was then guided through breath work and a meditation. Stillness is the point of acceleration and I am so grateful for the free 3 day webinar. I am grateful for the short breath work strategy we learned on Day 1 and I have been using them multiple times ever since. Thank you so much for creating this and offering access. I’ve been going through an intense kundalini awakening this past year and it’s at a point where I’ve been free falling. This practice has helped me in so many ways. I feel nourished and strong enough to keep going. This is beautiful. This is divine. I see you ✨❤️

@Elra Walking Tree it would be really interesting to find out what others have done with tobacco. I have a friend that I have to ask about tobacco ceremonies. If I find out about a specific ceremony, I’ll let you know.

@Elra Walking Tree Ok. There are tobacco ceremonies depending on how you want to move forward. I want to do a sole ceremony using Ambil because it is something that I used to use significantly but didn't even realize that I could do a Ceremony with. But you can use it as AIR - by smoking a cigar sized tobacco. Or Tea which would be water or fire. My friend, Rishua, said that this is the most intense option. I have never done tobacco as tea but I believe him. Or Hape/Rape as an EARTH based option. I really like Hape in the past so that would be a good option. or the Earth/Water based option with Ambil. Now he said that you want to honor the tobacco with making sure that your covering the four directions N, W, S, E by inciting the Invocation For Creating Sacred Space (you can let me know if you need a copy of that). And you need to make sure that you start at the feet and say different prayers (whichever ones that you feel make sense to you) that will also take care of bad spirits. You want to make sure that they are no longer present. Let me know if you have any questions!
Self Practice 192
Today I focused on practice mindfulness as I’m working through soreness in my back. I don’t want to take frustration and place it on my family or others.

Brian, It's great to hear the practice that you are using in regards to the soreness in your back and not wanting to equate it with your family. It sounds like there will be some payoff for you. I feel that any back aches have to do with some residual energy that is stuck in us due to emotions that we all haven't dealt with. I understand that there are endless possibilities as to which way is the best but if you don't mind I'd like to share a different one that worked really well for myself. I used to be really angry with my family about 25 years ago. So I wrote a letter to them and I told them exactly how I felt about each of them. But I never sent the letter to them! I had a "ceremony" where I had burned the letter up and then dug a hole and buried the letter in the hole. Ever since I did that, my feelings have relaxed. I'm not angry at them any longer. In fact, I love them and thank them for doing the best that they could do under the circumstances. Anyway, thank you for providing such a great example on how to handle your mindfulness and I'm sure I'll see you in our class!
Grateful

@Suzi Plaku Hello Suzi! It is great to hear that the breathwork is having an impact on you. I believe that we are with a great team of folks who are concerned that they give us a very loving environment where you can open up quickly and not have to feel shame at all. Good luck with it and anytime you have any issues, you can always contact me and others here and we can help to open up space!
