Much appreciation
I had an ayahuasca ceremony where I had a shamanic initiation and had an out of body experience. When I first started the plant medicine journey, the first thing I was guided to do was breathe. I was shown how powerful your connection to breath is and that moment came to me when I was following along with the replay of Day 2 for the hour long breath work experience. When I was learning how to journey, a shamanic practice of navigating the unseen realms, the teacher had us journey to our future self of our highest timeline and ask for guidance on how to get there. I was then guided through breath work and a meditation. Stillness is the point of acceleration and I am so grateful for the free 3 day webinar. I am grateful for the short breath work strategy we learned on Day 1 and I have been using them multiple times ever since. Thank you so much for creating this and offering access. I’ve been going through an intense kundalini awakening this past year and it’s at a point where I’ve been free falling. This practice has helped me in so many ways. I feel nourished and strong enough to keep going. This is beautiful. This is divine. I see you ✨❤️

@David Benison yes, I would love to know. It’s something I’ve thought about but I don’t know how that’s used.

@David Benison thank you for sharing! I think a tea would be great. I’ve journeyed with other herbs with tea. I hold ceremonies, so I feel confident with my invocation and calling in helping spirits. I am excited to try this!
Day 5 daily practice
Today I found the breath holds much easier. Additionally although it was not intentional I felt very aware of my third eye area as I felt tingling there. I did not feel a lot of emotion come up to release rather just generalized tension mainly in my shoulders and upper back so that is what I focused mostly on releasing. As usual I feel relaxed and grounded at the end. It truly is a wonderful practice to begin my day with as it provides a nice intentional awareness to carry throughout the day.

@Mary McDowell do you have experience with blessing your chakras and doing an auric field cleanse? Dr. Joe Dispenza has one that I really enjoy.

@Mary McDowell I follow Joe Dispenza’s guided meditation but with my own twist. You focus on your root and move upward, feeling the space all around each energy center, blessing the center, then feeling elated feelings like joy and gratitude. What I do is sing to my chakras instead of just intending on my head. I bless this sacred space. I bless this sacred space. I feel the love, the joy. I feel the gratitude. I bless this sacred space for my highest good. I then move upward to my next chakra and repeat. This is an intense healing and it’s recommended that you lay down for 15 minutes afterwards. You’ll also want to do your first 8 chakras. When I do this, drum and then lay down and continue to listen to drumming or a sound healing video for the 15 minutes. This has really helped me with opening up my chakras and I highly recommend, especially since you’re able to perceive the energy in your chakras.
My intention always!
To continue on my journeys growth! I have come a long way! What Iam looking for, is looking forrward to meeting me! And Iam letting it find me, because Iam an observer, and I see all that shows me the signs! I pay attention to how my body feels in every situation, and I have found the strength and courage to set boundaries, not as walls, more as a reminder that my all is important too! Why? Because in order to be present as I serve others, I got to fill up my cup first! So that I don’t pour from an empty cup! And my cup runneth over!! ❤️My heart is full of gratitude!! Thank you all for the 3 days workshop! As always, AMAZING!

Isn’t the best journey, meeting yourself? It’s the greatest love story of all time I like to think to myself.

@Beatriz Rios I love that. When I first started my healing journey, I read in a book that your personality is shaped by your trauma and the author shared stories of having clients who had huge personality changes. I thought, that wouldn’t be me, I know who I am. And nope, I was so delightfully wrong.

From Washington State, but longing to live in a jungle one day 🤞🏽nothing feels better than dancing, singing, and laughing. I’ve been on a shamanic path for over a year now and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn more about breath work while I continue to grow. ❤️❤️❤️
