πŸ‚ September Theme: Fall Style Mastery πŸ‚
Gentlemen, Fall is hereβ€”and this is one of the best seasons for men’s style. You’ve got cooler weather, which means you can finally layer without sweating through your shirt. You’ve got rich textures like tweed, flannel, and corduroy that add depth to your outfits. And you’ve got bootsβ€”arguably the most masculine footwear a man can own. This month we’re focusing on one thing: mastering Fall style. Here’s where I want you to dial in: 1. Layering without bulk – Jackets, sweaters, shirts. Done right, you look sharp. Done wrong, you look sloppy. 2. The right pair of boots – Not sneakers, not loafers. Boots. They make a statement. 3. Seasonal colors & fabrics – Earth tones, heavier weaves, and clothes that look like they belong in Fallβ€”not Summer leftovers. 4. Smart upgrades – A scarf, a better jacket, maybe just swapping out those worn-out shoes. Small changes, big impact. πŸ‘‰ Your action: Share one Fall upgrade you’re making this month. It can be a piece of clothing, a style habit, or even just committing to putting more effort into your look. This theme is going to guide our discussions, tips, and challenges all September long. Let’s make sure when October rolls in, you’re not just β€œdressed for the weather”—you’re leading with style.

Any of these items might suit well for me to give potential to my go out outfits

@Steven Hotchkiss Thanks!
Welp... that's that I guess.
My 4 year anniversary with my girl is on the 8th, I guess technically tomorrow since it's after midnight now. And I guess technically she's not my girl as of a few hours ago. I dont really know how I feel yet. She's going to be landing in China in an hour and won't be back for at least a week, maybe longer if she feels like it. And yes, that does mean she broke up with me over a text. I need to start looking for a new place to live after work tomorrow. I could really use some words of encouragement. Things have been really rough lately...all aspects, I guess.

Keep your head up and take care of yourself. Gym works like a charm for breakups and self-motivation/improvement. Try lifting heavy weights and 3.5 pace on the incline treadmill afterwards. Good luck!

@Zac Sollecito keep it up bud. I also been going to the gym for at least 2 1/2 years now and it's a game changer. Not only physically but also mentally and it helps with building consistency and discipline.
Outfit for Bday Party πŸŽ‰
I have a family bday party and not sure what to wear. I was thinking a pair of jeans with white linen shirt and black or brown shoes. Or should I stick with shorts? (Image below) Any suggestions?

@Patrick Rocillo yea, it was more a family event. No clubbing afterparties so I stuck with shorts because in FL is hot and humid. Thanks for your input!

@Darren Poesel I ended up going with black footwear and certainly was the best dressed up of the bunch in there so it was still OK. Thanks for your input
Hot Weather
Well, today was crazy hot - 100 degrees and tomorrow is going to be the same. I am just wearing shorts and button down shirts worn out - not tucked in. Panama hat and dirty bucks with no socks and it is still brutal unless I am in air conditioned surroundings. No golf, no pool - just an hour at the gym (thank heavens for a gym with ac!) What is everyone wearing in a heat wave?

It's nice if you live in the south as long as you have a pool in the house. You're refreshed everyday all day :)
