I am having rotator cuff surgery nest week and I am thinking about getting a sling bag,since getting into my pockets may be restrictive. Any thoughts on sling bags?

Where does everyone stand on wearing Boutonnières? I only wear it if I am part of a wedding party or a special ceremony. I think they are a bit of a foppish addition, but I am curious about other opinions.
