Pebble vs Stride
Listening to a podcast from October 2025 where Clay recommends pebble I’m wondering if that still stands true in January 2026 for a newbie? Let me know what y’all are experiencing today.

I use Stride. I am on the newer side (been in land for 4 months) but I know more seasoned land investors that have used both. I know most have switched to Stride. Stride has worked well for me and I probably only use 10% of the platform capabilities. The support team has been really helpful as well. I am not a systems guy 🤪

@Michael Moran I use Stride for my main CRM. I transfer my leads (hot and cold) there and add them to my workflows. I also use the platform for my PSA templates which is super easy to send once you get them set up. I know there are a lot more functions so once my business evolves I can continue to use more functions. I won't "outgrow" this CRM (IMO).

Stride vs. Smarter Contact
Question: Should I start with Stride or Smarter Contact? Or do you need both?

Those are two different types of platforms-- Stride is a CRM and smarter contract is marketing platform. I currently use both and I know more seasoned land investors who use them as well. Both are good platforms
