WHO IS READY FOR SOME LIVE Q&A
YALL, I am REVAMPING THE COMMUNITY! You may see some changes but only positive I PROMISE! Mostly branding and adding in more parenting specific sections. With that being said the purpose for the change is so that I can spend more time in the community doing live Q&A sessions every month. My goal is to do 2 of these 60min live sessions per month on different topics and if they go well add in 30 minute Q&A sessions through the week! I AM PUMPED ABOUT THIS!! And the first live will be COMING IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!!!!

WHO IS READY FOR SOME LIVE Q&A
Let’s talk about a set of symptoms I see a lot in my ADHD clients.
They say things like: • “I’m always bloated, even when I don’t eat much.” • “There’s this weird pressure under my right ribs, but it’s not exactly pain.” • “I feel foggy all day, even with sleep or meds.” • “My cravings are insane lately. Carbs, sugar, whatever.” • “I’m gaining weight around my stomach and nothing’s working.” • “I feel heavy. Not just in my body. In my brain.” When labs will come back Inwill typicall see elevated ⬆️ ALT. AST sometimes ⬆️ but lower than ALT. ⬆️ GGT with insulin resistance. ⬆️ Triglyceride’s with ⬇️ HDL ⬆️CRP/Ferritin Now here’s what’s actually going on for a lot of people in that situation. Fatty liver and insulin resistance often go hand in hand. And when that happens, your blood sugar turns into a rollercoaster theiugh out the day. Instead of your brain getting a steady stream of fuel, it’s getting dumped on one minute and starved the next. And the part of your brain that handles planning, focus, and emotional control, the prefrontal cortex needs constant, stable glucose to function. So what do you actually feel? 👉🏼Crashes in focus through out thee day. 👉🏼Afternoon meltdowns/Snapping at people for no reason. 👉🏼That shitty impulsive, restless, hungry-but-not-hungry, overstimulated, underfed feeling. 👉🏼 Wired AF at night, wide awake at 2am, totally wrecked the next morning. That’s not just “ADHD being ADHD. But fixing it can SIGNIFICANTLY improve ADHD and NON ADHD symptoms.. 👉🏼 Simply REDUCING ALCOHOL INTAKE, walking 10 mins after meals, lowering processed food intake, and remembering your liver runs on circadian rhythm (sleep wake schedule) so cut food 2-3 hours prior to bed can significantly improve liver function.

Sense of smell
Anyone else have a heightened sense of smell?? Example: I'm Upstairs and can smell dog urine all the way in the kitchen! Walk by someone and their body odor knocks you down, and you gag! Or someone's got a gallon of stinky ass perfume on 🤮Plenty more examples but if YKYK...

@Tracy Vermilye number 3 is gonna be a video this weekend! And 2
2nd week new job
2nd week new job I am confident if I am not the top person in my second week they will let me go. I am not a competitive person so I could careless if I am not the top person. Now that I am aware of this I believe I can be the top person even though I'm not competitive. I can do anything I just need to know what you want me to do and let me do it Idon't need constant feedback. This is what I would say to an employer if they gave me the chance. The schedule is clock in at 1 pm you get off at 830 pm Monday through Friday. A typical day get to the office at 1 pm socialize with the team till everyone gets here but we leave in the van at 1:15 pm to grab lunch as a team close to our territory. We want to be in the van ready to leave in the van at 2:15 pm. You will all be dropped off in your territory by 2:45 pm. You will knock all doors except no soliciting signs. You will get picked up by 4:30 pm to go to break at a local gas station. We want to be in the van ready to leave at 4:45 pm. You will all be dropped off back to where we picked you up from by 5 pm. You will go back to do reknocks and knock all doors except no soliciting signs. You will get picked up by 8:15 pm to go home. We should get back to office before 8:45 pm if after that you will get paid for the time. You will drop off your leads at the receptionist desk and write down your numbers then you can go home. I work Monday through Friday 1 pm to 830 pm with Saturday and Sunday off.

Hey Jonathon! Thanks for dropping this here! It’s not easy putting things out like this. So thank you again. What makes you confident that’s what they are going to do? Was this part of a conversation when you started? Kind of a “letting you know” type thing? That would seem like a terrible way to motivate people!
