I love the holidays being built into any and all days of the year and I no longer celebrate a day because of the calendar....I no longer burden myself with seasonal and holiday decorations....I enjoy what I want when I want....this summer I missed seeing and looking at my Christmas books collected so they are now accessible and seen everyday

I agree with the statement... You are a spiritual being having a physical experience, your body is your spacesuit.... Our souls make us not our body...... I disagree that We need an excellent spacesuit to make the journey towards purpose and joy I agree that what's inside the spacesuit is what matters! I think our spacesuit could be crap and the journey to purpose and joy can be made if what is in the suit is the right things..... I could have suit missing a leg and with courage and confidence in side the suit I can achieve a purpose....maybe my achievements in a crap suit are inspirational (purpose) and that achievement and interaction with people gives me joy...

Weight Loss Drama Ends Today
I've been doing this for a while (30 years), and it's time to stop weight loss stress. Trying to lose weight is stressful. Trying to lose weight and failing is even more traumatizing. “If I lose weight, I will be a success, but I’m scared I’ll gain it back.” “If I don’t lose weight, I will be a failure, and I’m scared I’ll never lose it.” Sound familiar? Here’s how it looks from my (the Coach's) perspective: “If I help them lose weight, I am a success, but if I don’t, I feel like I let them down.” “If it doesn’t work, they blame me, and I feel guilty.” If they lose the weight and then regain it, I feel guilty, too. I've felt much guilt over my 30-year career helping people lose weight. Today, I’m letting all of that go. Let’s face it: From a physical viewpoint, weight loss is pretty simple. Eat Less + Move More = Lose Weight Less Energy In + More Energy Out = Mass of body decreases This is the 1st Law of thermodynamics. If thermodynamics stops working, something isn't working on a deeper level. Trying to reverse weight gain (or any other cause of suffering) from a purely physical (3D) point of view doesn’t work. We have to go deeper. Something is wrong at the cellular level. Energy is not metabolizing as it was meant to. This is called metabolic dysfunction. When cellular integrity is compromised, the cells that form your body no longer function as designed. Your cells have lost their integrity. Reestablishing cell integrity (reversing metabolic dysfunction) requires reestablishing Self-integrity. At the deepest level, you are your “Self.” We all have a true Self. So, what is our true Self? Brace yourself, and please don’t let my choice of words stop you from connecting. Words are only signposts pointing toward meaning. Your Self is your Soul or Essence (feel free to substitute any word that feels better for you.) Our Self (our soul) is our highest self - our Essence - our Lifelight - our Life Force. Whatever term you choose, we're talking about the energy conduit between our body and the GoD Source, the universal intelligence, and the Divine.

I love that you say it like it is.....these experiences and thoughts ....results ....pack of results.....it is traumatic.....I am here and soaking up everything I can and applying what i learn......I have never realized before why a person has to stop the negative thoughts and negative self talk

@Alpha Harper sorry to hear this....I early on before kindergarten wanted to be a ballerina and I loved hula dancing....my dad said I was too big ....I have never forgotten those words and the day or place and how it made me feel and how I started hiding myself and obsessed with my weight and self image
