Well, I used to be convinced that Thanksgiving was the ultimate fitness destroyer.
One year, I swore I’d just let go and enjoy every bite.
And I did.
But the next day?
I was stuffed with regret.
Like, literally.
I could practically feel my progress slipping away with every slice of pie I’d eaten.
That's when I decided:
No more post-Thanksgiving guilt.
The following year, I got smart.
Instead of trying to avoid all the good food,
I decided to transform it.
I experimented with lighter ingredients, tried new recipes, and even created healthier versions of my favorites.
Guess what?
No post-feast guilt and I still enjoyed every bite.
