Yeah that can be a headdache really. I once lost a client like that for a sale I wanted to close. T'was due to my rigid templates so I learned to keep my responses as tailored as ;possible. and it's been a land slide from there. And moreover I had to use a good CRM platform to help my business move forward. If you had a similar challenge in your business please lets know your experience.
