I completed the purchase of a vacant property in a prime London location today. It’s an asset that’s currently unused but in strong demand among higher-level investors once repositioned. During the day, someone stopped me and asked a question I hear more often than people realize: “As a woman, how are you doing all this without taking loans?” I smiled, and explained. It’s built around essentials, things people already buy every single day. Because of that, it delivers consistently.
