Overcoming Challenges In Learning Real Estate
I have been in Real Estate for a short time. Just started in October. I have learned so much through the challenges I have faced to find myself in this unique space. Started off sourcing properties, didn't know about underwriting or investor friendly states. Didn't have an end buyer or knowledge of what to say to sellers or agents. Skip tracing became my nemesis, and I wasn't getting any traction. I've since learned to leverage communities, and not work isolated in a silo. I had to come out of my shell, and reach out to others to learn what i was missing. There are so many things in Real Estate, and all look promising and lucrative when you view things solely from a monetary gain perspective. I was focusing on my own pain points and it became my biggest distraction. Now, I work with an amazing team, where I receive feedback and guidance on what to do and what not to do. This have helped me focus more. Now I can confidently say that I have direction and purpose. I know I have solutions for fix/flippers, wholesalers, and RE Investors in need of funding (EMD, Double Close, Seller Carry Back), and if that's you, reach out, I am available to assist you with getting your deals to the finish line. There is power in numbers. Don't try to tackle this alone.
