The Ad That Cost Me Money… and Made Me More Later
When I launched a new ad last month, it flopped hard. The CTR was terrible, the cost per click was painful, and sales barely moved. But instead of scrapping it, I dug into the data, turns out my audience targeting was way too broad. After refining it, the same creative became my top-performing ad of the quarter. E-commerce isn’t about never failing, it’s about using failures as stepping stones to bigger wins. Question: What’s one campaign that didn’t work at first, but paid off once you adjusted it?

Agent Burnout and how to get ahead of it. [Insight]
Hey everyone, I’m new to the group, so I figured I’d jump in with something that came up in a client convo today. A friend of mine (now a client) is what I’d consider a successful Real Estate Agent. We met for coffee, and as soon as I asked, “How’s work?”—you could feel his energy shift. He got a little anxious and started opening up about agent burnout and how mentally taxing it can be trying to keep everyone happy while also running the day-to-day of his business. Two areas stood out as getting the least love during those busy stretches: ~Pipeline Management: When agents are deep in deals, following up with new leads takes a backseat—which means missed opportunities. ~Business Maintenance: CRM updates, client notes, and task tracking fall off fast—not from neglect, just because there aren’t enough hours in the day. It got me thinking how small tweaks can lead to big wins, even if it's just piece of mind knowing you aren't falling behind. In his case, I built a quick workflow that auto-replies to inquiries, adds them to the CRM, books a call, and sends him a summary email—without him lifting a finger. It’s the first of many automations, but I thought I’d share in case it sparks ideas or if anyone wants to chat about other pain points. Happy to connect if you have any questions!

Great insight, this hits home. Burnout isn’t talked about enough, especially when you’re wearing multiple hats and trying to keep everything running. I’ve felt this in e-commerce too, especially when customer inquiries, order issues, and marketing all pile up at once. Automation sounds like a game-changer. I’m curious What’s one automation or tool that’s made the biggest difference in keeping your business running smoothly without constant oversight? Would love to hear what others here are using to stay ahead without burning out
From Hustling Deals to Building Systems: What Actually Scales in Real Estate
One thing I’ve realized in this journey is that closing one deal doesn’t change your life, but building systems that consistently bring deals to you can. Whether you’re wholesaling, flipping, buying rentals, or scaling multifamily units, the real breakthrough comes when you stop relying on random hustle and start creating repeatable, scalable processes marketing, lead flow, financing, and follow-up. Lately, I’ve been focusing less on just chasing properties and more on building a real business around my real estate efforts. Automation, partnerships, and positioning have started to make more of a difference than just going harder. Curious to hear from others here: What’s one system, tool, or shift that made the biggest difference in how you operate or scale your real estate business? Let’s share some real insight, your breakthrough could be someone else’s blueprint.
Why More Real Estate Investors Are Turning to Ecommerce (And Why You Might Want to Consider It Too)
I've noticed more and more real estate professionals exploring ecommerce as an additional stream of income, and honestly, it makes sense. In real estate, we're used to handling transactions, building relationships, and thinking long-term. Ecommerce uses many of the same principles, but with the added benefit of automation and the ability to generate income 24/7 without being tied to a physical location. For me, running an online store alongside my other ventures has opened up new opportunities I didn’t expect. The upfront effort is real, but so is the reward. Curious, has anyone here already tapped into ecommerce, or thinking about it? What’s been your experience so far? Would love to hear how others are blending both worlds

Let’s Talk Strategy: Turning Active Income Into Long-Term Wealth
Hey everyone! Something I’ve been thinking about lately, and would love to hear your thoughts on, is how many successful investors use active income (like eCommerce, consulting, or side businesses) to fuel their real estate portfolios. Why this matters: Real estate builds wealth over time, but it can tie up cash in deals, renovations, or down payments. By adding faster-moving income streams, you can: - Fund more deals without waiting for a refi - Weather slow market cycles - Reinvest profits into buy & holds or bigger flips Questions for the group: - Do you currently have a side hustle or business that supports your real estate journey? - How do you decide how much active income to reinvest into real estate? - For newer investors: Would an extra stream of cash flow make you more confident to get started? Let’s share strategies and ideas, what’s working for you, what you’re exploring, and what questions you have! Drop your thoughts below

@Nina Granberry, That’s such a solid approach, I love how you’re leveraging the stability of teaching while building your STR/property management business on the side. That kind of balance is powerful. Your story speaks to the importance of using what’s working to fuel what’s growing, and it’s inspiring to see someone confidently walk both paths. Out of curiosity, have you ever considered branching into e-commerce or digital products tied to your expertise in education or real estate? With your background, there’s a lot of value you could share (and monetize) online. Would love to hear more about how you're balancing both worlds, any challenges or lessons that stood out for you?

@Nina Granberry, Totally get that! I was in the same spot until I connected with a mentor who’s been helping me scale everything step by step. If you're ever open to exploring it, I’d be happy to share what’s worked for me or connect you with him.
