DAY 3 Check-In and thought Prompt!
It's Day 3! So proud of each of you that are here! If you are just getting started or this is your Day 3 or 4, you are doing amazing and I AM PROUD OF YOU! Be sure you have went through the course under the Classroom tab. Especially the Breathwork page... at the very bottom it has "Resources" and there is a breathwork video for beginner breathwork. I found it hard in the beginning to get quiet 🤫 and quiet my mind. But over time it will happen. The more you do it it, even if for 5 minutes, it will get easier.
