Day 16! 🧠 Thought prompt: 16. What does β€œstrong” mean to me right now? So strong can be misinterpreted. It's not just about the strength you have in lifting weights or how much you can lift. Let's talk about mental strength, powering through when you want to quit. Knowing your health depends on it and so you keep showing up and making better choices, getting sleep/rest/recovery. Keeping the promise you made to yourself to stick to something that you know is good for you! I could go on and on.... But what does it mean to you? Check out the attached protein bowl! I did the assignment yesterday I missed a couple days. I’m back on track!!

I did great on Thursday with food and cardio for 45 min and a little bit of weights. I really need to practice on the breathing

It's Day 3! So proud of each of you that are here! If you are just getting started or this is your Day 3 or 4, you are doing amazing and I AM PROUD OF YOU! Be sure you have went through the course under the Classroom tab. Especially the Breathwork page... at the very bottom it has "Resources" and there is a breathwork video for beginner breathwork. I found it hard in the beginning to get quiet 🀫 and quiet my mind. But over time it will happen. The more you do it it, even if for 5 minutes, it will get easier.
