This wasn’t planned, but it’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately… So I’m kicking off a mini series to help you finally break through the things that might be keeping you stuck , even if you’re training hard and eating “clean.” Over the next 5 days, I’ll be sharing the biggest mistakes I see women making when they’re trying to build a strong, sculpted, feminine physique and what to do instead (based on the exact strategies I teach inside the Feminine Physique Method™). Because let’s be honest, it’s not about working harder, it's about working smarter, in a way that actually fits your life. Let’s start with one of the biggest mistakes I see… Too much cardio and not enough weight lifting. Today we’re starting with one of the most common ones: ❌ Doing too much cardio and not enough weight lifting ❌ I see it all the time. Women spending hours on the treadmill, doing spin classes or mini band circuits on the mat, and wondering why their body still doesn’t look how they want it to. You are so right. I have had to reduce my cardio a lot for I lose too much weight. Lifting also makes me feel better.

It would mean feeling more confident in my own skin but most of all it would mean being able to walk on my own for more years and to be able to do for myself. My muscles deteriorate due to a medical condition that has no cure.
