I see it all the time. Women spending hours on the treadmill, doing spin classes or mini band circuits on the mat, and wondering why their body still doesn’t look how they want it to.
If you want to feel confident in your clothes, fill out your jeans, or actually see shape in your arms
👉 You need to lift
👉 You need a plan that supports your hormones, your shape, and your lifestyle
👉 You need to build muscle, not burn yourself out.
