Challenge: Bar Hang//Skill level: ALL//Equipment needed: Some kind of bar and a watch/stopwatch
Since some of us are just starting our journeys (or just restarting), and some of us are well on the way, I thought it would be fun to have a challenge everyone can do. If we repeat it periodically, we can track our personal progress. The challenge: Bar Hang. Inspired by a game show, Physical: 100, find a bar and hang on it for as long as you can. In order to make this first physical challenge as inclusive as possible, I'm calling any bar that can hold your weight acceptable, be it a high bar, monkey bar, chin-up bar, or tree branch. Don't have a gym? Find something in the great outdoors! This is not limited to hands; that's another challenge for another day! If you can hang from it, it counts, and you can shift position. Other details: You can have an assist to get onto the bar. Please be safe. You are in charge of your personal safety. Proposal: We do this when we join the group, and then once a year thereafter. You can do this privately, or make a video to share! Mods, please remove this post if you want to vet/veto challenges! And if not but there are any other caveats, suggestions, limitations, etc, feel free to add!

Mastermind Call Tomorrow
Hey guys, just a reminder of our mini mastermind call tomorrow. The goal of this call is to help one another. Everyone will have a chance to speak for a few minutes on something they are struggling with then people in the group will offer advice ,suggestions, resources to try and help Your situation. These can be very effective and a great chance to come together as a community.

I'm thinking it has to do with my grip strength which I got from squeezing jelly bags of soaked almonds - I used to make my own almond milk all the time.

LEVEL 1 backwards roll
For Mariama , this is pretty level one and one additional thing that you could do that is not included in the video find a place where you can tuck in your neck, a little bit on hands and knees and push up from there similar to the one on the wedge, but tucking in your head a little bit more and pushing up from there
