Email Organization TIP 📧
Did you know that if you add “+____” to your Gmail it still sends? For example my actual email is: [email protected] I often use [email protected] whenever I’m signing up for any of these free webinar ads or whatever that you see online (o do alot of them to learn and then teach you all) … and these emails still come to my Gmail account, but I filter them into a folder as to not junk up my primary email section AND, I’m not giving away my actual email address to get a thousand emails later 🤔😳😜. Another use case is… I missed our Monday night call last night because I was networking and trying to build relationship with some business funders to start offering you all business grants to help fund your business growth. In order to test their system I actually applied to 4 business grants last night . Each funder asked for a “business email and not a yahoo, gmail, or basic account. I have my business email ([email protected]) That I purchased from the Google suite. But I didn’t give them that in the application, nope. I used the formula and gave them [email protected] And now I’m awaiting confirmation of these 4 grants to the same inbox but in a way I can organize and categorize it. I’m not big on email organization but this is a simple hack that helps me a lot. Hope it helps you too.

Recap from Weekend Speaking
🎉 Yesterday marked 10 years of Black BRAND .biz and what an honor it was to speak and celebrate with so many humble, hungry, and ambitious entrepreneurs. The room was full of vision, bold ideas, and leaders committed to creating generational impact. My message was on Navigating Change as a Leader to Accomplish the Impossible, and I shared a few key lessons that I’d love to share with you as well on how to get unstuck and make the change to F.L.Y. 🔹 1. FOCUS Forward Remember: people may show you one thing, but you get to choose what you see. Your perspective determines your progress. 🔹 2. LEARN, Don’t Lose Every situation and every personality type has something to teach you. Learning, not losing, means launching while you’re improving, not waiting until things are perfect. 🔹 3. Say YES to Your Turn Your persistence will eventually position you for an opportunity. Don’t forfeit your moment out of fear. As my friend and national speaker Terry Gray says: 👉🏾 Your YESTINY is waiting… so say YES to your DESTINY. 🔸 Bonus Lessons for Entrepreneurs & Speakers that I taught yesterday: • If you’re for everybody, you’re for nobody. Niche down and become “inch wide and mile deep” in your market. • Speak the language of the line item. When pitching, speak to problems tied directly to budgets, outcomes, and measurable value. I had such a great time that I forgot to hit record on my camera (😅 amateur move, I know but the class was so hype we just started talking and flowed right into the presentation and it got good quick 🤷🏾🫣😂) but I did grab one last-minute photo with a few attendees who stayed afterward to talk. Big thanks to Blair Durham for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful milestone event! Big Shout out to fellow JMU alumn Angela D. Reddix, Ph.D. for her presentaton on innovation vs invention It challenged me to reconsider some of my market place and ministry solutions for 2026. ✈️💸If you’re tired of being STUCK and you’re ready to F.L.Y., and take your organization or business to its maximized potential DM me and let’s get started.
