Just a thankful breath is enough!
Some days, weeks and even months can fly by .. I feel it myself and I hear so many people saying that time feels so fast these days, not just people over 45 but the kids too! How about you? Sometimes sitting down to practise can feel like a chore especially if time feels tight .. so add in just a moment, to savour authentic feelings of thanks .. on an in breath .. thank you .. and relaxation on the out breath .. thank you … begins to nurture and nourish in ways that a full on practise might not! All ways we engage with gratitude supports us .. better mental health and wellbeing overall - but in this moment .. if we can seek out thankful feelings sprinkled around then we ready ourselves to find even more to be thankful for! I shall be back with more for this community space soon, im excited to share with you 😍 Much love Emma

Thank you for this so poignant reminder . This really worked as I sit here in my lounge and trying to stay present and not let the mind wander onwards and away into thenext plans and the next
Three Simple Things
An important part of my gratitude practise is this little gem πŸ’Ž It’s so useful for keeping my focus on the good stuff and also is my go to when I’m feeling rubbish! In short - Investigating feelings of gratitude for things/people/places that are in the immediate environment means that no matter what is happening - we can train our brain to be able to find something we are grateful for .. When regularly done that pathway is a well trodden one, becoming familiar and safe in the body allowing us to access gratitude πŸ™ Share below ⬇️ What are 3 simple things you feel thankful for?!

Just woken up to your prompt and opened the bedroom window. *I am grateful for a clear autumn day with fresh ,crisp air that's got peace, tranquility and stillness to it. *Listening to the morning chorus of birds all waking up *Tasting my first cup of tea of the day, which is soothing a sore throat today. Thank you πŸ™
Courage
Today I used the prompt of courage for my gratitude practise .. Finding that I have so much power available inside of my practise .. releasing that which no longer serves and nourishing that which is currently empowering me .. because I want to change my life and the lives of others in positive and useful ways .. Financial stability alongside spiritual stability is on my road map … what’s on yours? When you really look at what’s in need of your courage?! Much love Emma x

Welcome! Come and say Hi!
So happy to see you’ve chosen to join The Gratitude Hub .. Skool Is a new platform for me - so please bear with as I find my feet here πŸ€£πŸ™ Thank you for joining in - please do create a post and say Hi! That way you will earn points and we can all get to know each other a little bit 😍 SKOOL is gamified so the more interaction you do .. liking, comments and posting earns you points .. check out the tab at the far right hand side .. πŸ‘‰ and the top πŸ” of the community page. It is quieter than social media .. which is pleasant 😍 and enables focus and attention to be where you want it to go .. And for me - that’s nurturing this little space .. dissolving patriarchy and capitalism propaganda by freely encouraging us all to engage with authentic gratitude more .. πŸ™ Share your hopes below or in your post 🌹 Thanks again for being here xx

Oh yes well spotted I hadn't thought of that.. It is much more quiet here isn't it. Usually I'm switching back and forth I'm sitting here in my lounge in the quiet listening to the gentle fall of the rain..and I am grateful for this chance to connect with you here in this gentle earthy and grounded space.
Thank you for being here!
πŸ™ Well there it is .. authentic thanks, I’m genuinely grateful that you have decided to join me here. Thank you! πŸ–€ As of now - September 2025 - This is a shiny new project .. but only the platrform and this part is new for me .. I’ve been deliberately working with gratitude practise and taught my exact process to hundreds of people for over ten years - this is the practise I’m going to teach you too. 🌹 Gratitude supports us in keeping the flame alive without burning out .. the excitement of the beginning of the 2025 lock in has power! But that will fade, blowing on the flames, using my techniques that span spirituality, biology, neuroscience and just plain common sense .. you will have tools to remain inspired for life - even if you only ever engage here on the free version of the community. 😍 I’m so excited to share more. Thank you for trusting me with this most excellent adventure into Inviting in gratitude so that you create more that you feel grateful for .. ⬇️ Drop a comment below and let me know if you already practise gratitude? And how long or is this a new venture for you?!! Lots of love Emma x 🏹

I have practiced gratitude before, however I have let it slip and so I am looking forward to having some kind of structure and a friendly nudge to get going with it again. Thanks Emma. Grateful to be here xx
