Just a thankful breath is enough!
Some days, weeks and even months can fly by .. I feel it myself and I hear so many people saying that time feels so fast these days, not just people over 45 but the kids too! How about you? Sometimes sitting down to practise can feel like a chore especially if time feels tight .. so add in just a moment, to savour authentic feelings of thanks .. on an in breath .. thank you .. and relaxation on the out breath .. thank you … begins to nurture and nourish in ways that a full on practise might not! All ways we engage with gratitude supports us .. better mental health and wellbeing overall - but in this moment .. if we can seek out thankful feelings sprinkled around then we ready ourselves to find even more to be thankful for! I shall be back with more for this community space soon, im excited to share with you 😍 Much love Emma

Three Simple Things
An important part of my gratitude practise is this little gem 💎 It’s so useful for keeping my focus on the good stuff and also is my go to when I’m feeling rubbish! In short - Investigating feelings of gratitude for things/people/places that are in the immediate environment means that no matter what is happening - we can train our brain to be able to find something we are grateful for .. When regularly done that pathway is a well trodden one, becoming familiar and safe in the body allowing us to access gratitude 🙏 Share below ⬇️ What are 3 simple things you feel thankful for?!
Three Simple Things
Courage
Today I used the prompt of courage for my gratitude practise .. Finding that I have so much power available inside of my practise .. releasing that which no longer serves and nourishing that which is currently empowering me .. because I want to change my life and the lives of others in positive and useful ways .. Financial stability alongside spiritual stability is on my road map … what’s on yours? When you really look at what’s in need of your courage?! Much love Emma x

Gratitude Circle
A tab for the community space - sharing thankful moments .. What sparked joy for you this week? Do you have any reflections from the week that came with a sense of thankfulness? When we review through the lens of gratitude we often find hidden gems waiting for us to notice and cherish them.. in doing so we invigorate the energy and expand it into other areas of our life.. whats not to love?! Ive attached a short guided meditation for you this Friday based of settling into the notion that all is well and a glimpse in the rear view mirror of the week allows us to take forward that which will grow and let go of all that has served its purpose.. with love. Have a wonderful day much love Emma x
