It’s so useful for keeping my focus on the good stuff and also is my go to when I’m feeling rubbish!
In short - Investigating feelings of gratitude for things/people/places that are in the immediate environment means that no matter what is happening - we can train our brain to be able to find something we are grateful for ..
When regularly done that pathway is a well trodden one, becoming familiar and safe in the body allowing us to access gratitude 🙏
