Just a thankful breath is enough!
Some days, weeks and even months can fly by .. I feel it myself and I hear so many people saying that time feels so fast these days, not just people over 45 but the kids too! How about you?
Sometimes sitting down to practise can feel like a chore especially if time feels tight .. so add in just a moment, to savour authentic feelings of thanks .. on an in breath .. thank you .. and relaxation on the out breath .. thank you … begins to nurture and nourish in ways that a full on practise might not!
All ways we engage with gratitude supports us .. better mental health and wellbeing overall - but in this moment .. if we can seek out thankful feelings sprinkled around then we ready ourselves to find even more to be thankful for!
