🖤 As of now - September 2025 - This is a shiny new project .. but only the platrform and this part is new for me .. I’ve been deliberately working with gratitude practise and taught my exact process to hundreds of people for over ten years - this is the practise I’m going to teach you too.
🌹 Gratitude supports us in keeping the flame alive without burning out .. the excitement of the beginning of the 2025 lock in has power! But that will fade, blowing on the flames, using my techniques that span spirituality, biology, neuroscience and just plain common sense .. you will have tools to remain inspired for life - even if you only ever engage here on the free version of the community.
