Cindy from Texas. My focus right now is mindset to become the best version of myself but also to be in the best shape and look like I train. Fun fact, my younger years I taught C&W dance and was in a couple dance videos.

Day 24✅my health character is Cinna Blaze. She eats her meals timely and is prepared. She takes her meals to go so she doesn’t get hangry. When she gets overwhelmed she steps away breathes and takes a short walk. When she is tied she gives herself grace to rest. When she is tempted she redirects and focuses on.

Day60✅The biggest identity shift is not going directly into negative thoughts or worst case scenario but being more positive.

Sharing a win for the week. Monday morning I went to get in my car and it wouldn’t start. My old self would have been upset and frustrated and everyone around would have known it. But new self came in calmly and told my husband. I then texted my boss told her what was going on and that I would be working at home. Best part is my husband and daughter both commented on how well I was doing and they could see the difference in my overall behavior. Positive shifts happening here.

Day 20 ✅ The win I am most proud of is feeling productive even when I don’t check off everything on my to do list, and still feeling worthy because I am more than just what I do and all while keeping my daily promises as priority. The rest that gets accomplished is bonus.

My health character is Ginger Thrive. She plans meals with intension, she walks daily, she trains hard 3x a week. She nourishes with good food and doesn’t withhold. She drinks 120-150 ounces of water daily.
