@Sean Gatlin I tried so many times to maintain my own resolve with will power only to fail again - but this group introduced an accountability framework and when my resolve begins to fail i can reach out to the group and we lend some resolve to one another!

This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.

Took me 10 days to find this video lol, but thsts ok because i just focused on getting to 3000-4000 ml water every day for 10 days, showing up to Saturday and Tuesday , completing my Domino and strengthening my knee with the stairs excersize. I haven't had 10 days straight of a gallon per day or close to it since....who knows! Knee is better, financial stress down from the budget which also i haven't done for a long time, and now im actively working on listening ebay items that have been sitting on the someday shelf for 2 or 3 years, found tons of hidden sugars on lables and removed them from consumption, got weighted in and started a meal plan checked blood pressure and ready to implement my bare minimum:)

I’ll be focusing on splits work this year. No rush, and I don’t need to be, because there plenty of time so I might as well smell the flowers. I’ve also added in my son Ryder and I’s push-up challenge. Starts with the crouched push-up, then 12 normal, then 12 knee. Add 2 pushups per week…. So 14. End of the year will 114. I’m excited to see what happens with these. Feats of freedom will need a new level because now its just a warmup.
