The old chefs active motion movement..... movement
Good morning everybody this is Derrick William Haynes day number two of my my motion movement movement is underway but today is sucker free Sunday so it's time to do a little more than just the bare minimum I feel like it's good so I'm going to keep going I jumped rope for 10 minutes off and on to the best of my ability and I'm going to add 4 minutes or 2 minutes tomorrow and then every day I'm at 2 minutes I got to get back on my rhythm. Going to do some yoga love the stuff going to take a nice long walk it's beautiful outside and also of course keep on moving the motion of movement y'all are awesome hope you're doing well for yourself
