I’ll be focusing on splits work this year.
No rush, and I don’t need to be, because there plenty of time so I might as well smell the flowers.
I’ve also added in my son Ryder and I’s push-up challenge.
Starts with the crouched push-up, then 12 normal, then 12 knee.
Add 2 pushups per week…. So 14.
End of the year will 114.
I’m excited to see what happens with these.
Feats of freedom will need a new level because now its just a warmup.
