Accountability post. It all went to hell after breakfast. Went to a “fun farm.” In reality, it was a “fat farm” for me. Ate a chicken Caesar salad wrap with a small bag of chips and a Coke Zero, which wasn’t too bad. Did I stop there? Absolutely not. Then shared a cinnamon sugar donut, apple cider slush float, and a literal mini pale of cinnamon apple ice cream with cinnamon sugar pie crust pieces. Pure gluttony. I did get a decent amount of steps in, and skipped dinner for damage control purposes. The scale may reflect this day come Wednesday. Oh well, back at it in the AM.

The treats in question… I mean cmon. Soooooo hard to say no. At least we got extra steps in 🤷‍♀️ and today is a new day!!

My goal in joining this community is to create lasting improvements in fitness, physique, and health with other like-minded and goal-oriented friends. Social eating and diet-hopping have been the biggest barriers to achieving my fitness and weight loss goals in the past. I was most nervous to join this group because this is something new for me!

Hi everyone! I’m late to the game on getting involved in here!! I absolutely love the accountability this community has shown so far though! Keep it up!! My goals currently are going to be a little different than they will be in the future as I’m almost 25 weeks pregnant! For now, I really wanna focus on getting in some sort of daily movement/exercise and hitting protein goals!
