Hello dear people, my name is Bruno and I live in the country of Serbia. I like to train, both strength and martial arts. I saw on instagram Flextheory - Andre doing leg kicks and how flexible he is and I thought how nice it would be to help myself and start working more on mobility and flexibility and overall give my body eternal youth of movement. I am quite limited in certain points with flexibility and I would like to work on it and gradually become elastic 😁. I currently work two jobs, a firefighter and an electrician in my spare time.
