Love it. We make something similar at least 1x per week.
Week 6, day 1 (yesterday)
Week 6 stairmaster cardio (Jef bruh) then week 6 circuit B - smoothie L - two slices of sourdough, 4 eggs with onion and cottage cheese D - 12 oz org chicken thighs, slice of sourdough, two eggs Snacks - I had 1/4 of a mini watermelon
Week 5, Day 6:
Workout - week 5 cardio, week 5 circuit, 10 extra minutes of abs and back (pull downs and rows) Breakfast - smoothie Lunch - 2 slices of sourdough, 4 eggs with cottage cheese, 4 oz ribeye steak (leftover from last night) Dinner - 10 oz chicken thighs, 1/2 sweet potato, kale, cucumber, onion salad with olive oil Snacks - one mango, 1/2 beef stick All organic / free range / grass fed (Jef already knows). Week 3, Day 1
Feeling great! Feeling lighter, more energy (physically and mentally) throughout the day, still not getting any hunger cravings. Below is what I’ve had today and is a pretty standard day of eating for me (other than lunch, I’d typically have 4 eggs instead of chicken). Workout - Week 3 HIIT video, 15 minute circuit video, finished with lunges. B - Smoothie L - 8 oz chicken thighs, avocado, two slices of SD bread. D - 12oz ground beef burger, mango, avocado and cucumber salad. Snacks - 1 nectarine, 1 tsb honey, 1 tsb peanut butter.
Week 2, Day 1
Meals: breakfast - smoothie per Jeff’s instructions/recipe Lunch- four eggs, one avocado, two small pieces of sourdough Dinner- 1/3 lbs org ground beef, onion, better, 1/2 cup of chickpeas. Thoughts on week 2 exercise - stair master workout had me noticeably more sore than the week 1 did 🤣. The complimentary/required workout after the stair master is a great burn. Overall I’m feeling great! Energy levels are high throughout the day, not getting drowsy, appetite is controlled. LMK if I should be snacking (and how much) throughout the day. I really haven’t had the urge so I haven’t snacked much the last week but idk if I need to get more protein in throughout the day or something? Thanks!
