Week 3, Day 1
Feeling great! Feeling lighter, more energy (physically and mentally) throughout the day, still not getting any hunger cravings. Below is what I’ve had today and is a pretty standard day of eating for me (other than lunch, I’d typically have 4 eggs instead of chicken).
Workout - Week 3 HIIT video, 15 minute circuit video, finished with lunges.
B - Smoothie
L - 8 oz chicken thighs, avocado, two slices of SD bread.
D - 12oz ground beef burger, mango, avocado and cucumber salad.
Snacks - 1 nectarine, 1 tsb honey, 1 tsb peanut butter.
