Week 2, Day 1
Meals:
breakfast - smoothie per Jeff’s instructions/recipe
Lunch- four eggs, one avocado, two small pieces of sourdough
Dinner- 1/3 lbs org ground beef, onion, better, 1/2 cup of chickpeas.
Thoughts on week 2 exercise - stair master workout had me noticeably more sore than the week 1 did 🤣. The complimentary/required workout after the stair master is a great burn.
Overall I’m feeling great! Energy levels are high throughout the day, not getting drowsy, appetite is controlled. LMK if I should be snacking (and how much) throughout the day. I really haven’t had the urge so I haven’t snacked much the last week but idk if I need to get more protein in throughout the day or something?
