Chatting with The Skool Games Winner ($60k MRR)
This past weekend, I had the pleasure of going to the third-ever Skool IRL: Texas event hosted by the winner of this quarter's Skool Games: Jeff Lopez Jeff was #1 in the money category in the Skool Games, with a $60,000 increase to his community's MRR (monthly recurring revenue). He runs a community called CEO Lab (Marketer's Skool). And on Saturday, Jeff asked me to do a mini interview. So here it is! We talk about: - Why Skool? - How we got our traffic - How we monetize - My tips for ADHD entrepreneurs Enjoy!

Brain FM - What music/sounds helps you focus? 🧠
I was recommended this app by a fellow ADHD entrepreneur who has been using it for years and swears by it! I have personally been using Brain.fm this week and it's working! With music and modes specifically designed to help people with ADHD to focus. Peer-reviewed studies have shown to increase focus brainwaves by 119% and improve sustained attention tasks in users with ADHD symptoms. You can choose a range of settings for Deep Work, Creative Work, Learning, Motivation, Admin etc and you let the app know if you have diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD which changes up the mode and frequency. You can use it for relaxation, sleep, meditation and focused work. I have been attending the community 'Eat That Frog' sessions and then using Brain.fm in the background to help aid my focus and attention, and since I have been doing so I have been more on track with my task completion. What is your 'go-to' music or app or tools to help you get through your work and eliminate distraction? I have been using this one today if you fancy a listen: LISTEN HERE: PS: I am not an affiliate, this is just me helping out you.... There is an app for iPhone and Mac and you can also use on a web-browser.

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 Gratitudes!
Happy Thanksgiving, Focus Fam! Words cannot express how much this community means to me. Since I was a teenager, I’ve been building businesses with ADHD solo. Starting in my moms basement and eventually making my way around the country living in a van. I met some amazing people along the way. But never have I had a home base full of people who really GET it. Not just the struggles of entrepreneurship, but the struggles of doing it alone with a neurospicy brain that jumps at all the shiny objects. So thank you to each and every one of you here. You make this community what it is. 🙏🏼 Share what you’re grateful for today in the comments!

Happy Thanksgiving Bill!!! Love the GIF
How do you cancel doubt? the difference between noise vs signal?
Today I was about to open my laptop after a few days’ break…and for a split second, my stomach clenched. My mind started racing:“What if they… bla bla bla…” (insert classic negative thinking) Damn, man.Doubt. Fear. Old rejection patterns. All that noise hit me at once. And when I finally checked the messages I was worried about? It was manly positive. But that’s the problem this doubt can stop you before you even start it used to make me procrastinate Like I was going etc win a championship I decided to solve it at the root: the mind. Every day, I meditate in silence. But I also love programming my mind in theta state because theta is where your brain is the most receptive. Mine, yours, everyone’s. So I created a 10-minute audio Something to help me focus on the right things, learn from my mistakes, and build the habit of moving forward instead of freezing. I’ll leave it here so you can use it too.

The hack that's made me over $1M as an ADHD entrepreneur 💰
I'm gonna real with you guys... Being an entrepreneur with ADHD is fucking hard sometimes. I’m constantly second-guessing my ideas, tweaking my systems, questioning my offer, wondering if I should pivot… or start a whole new business altogether. Just last week, I almost convinced @Rex Loyer we needed to create another offer. But then I remembered... Success doesn't come from having the perfect idea or constant tweaking. It comes from staying with something long enough to let it work. Because every change has a fixed cost in focused energy. Switch your CRM? You lose hours (or days) learning the new one. Switch your offer? You lose 20% of the momentum you’d already built. Think of it this way: You’re pushing a massive boulder up a hill. It’s heavy. It’s slow. Your muscles ache. Then you spot another boulder off to the side that looks a little smaller, maybe smoother, maybe more colorful. You think, “Maybe that one will be easier to push." "If I could just find the right boulder, I can get to the top of this hill and push it down the other side.” So you drop the boulder you’ve been pushing and walk over to the new one. But guess what? It’s just as heavy. Sometimes even heavier. And the worst part? All that effort you spent pushing the first one…is gone. If you didn't maintain it, it starts rolling back down the hill. And now you’re back at the bottom of a new hill, starting from zero again. This time with more fatigue. Here's my point... Entrepreneurship isn't about the big glamorous "I made $1 million overnight" moves. For 99% of people, it doesn't work like that. It's a slow, painful grind over months and years. Without letting shiny object pull you in. I get it - it's pulled me in many times. I've switched businesses a TON. That's why I have people in my corner holding me accountable to sticking to one thing long enough to see it through. Because left to my own devices, my ADHD will pull me in another direction.
