This Spanish Song Got Stuck in My Head… and It Gave Me a Business Breakthrough
As a master hypnotist, my work is to help people think differently so they feel and behave differently in ways that support their goals instead of self-sabotaging them. But then this Spanish song got stuck in my head. The simple beat and even simpler lyrics started taking over my natural thinking. For a long time, I’ve been thinking about creating music to help people shift their mindset. I imagine parties where the music helps us think and feel positively about business and entrepreneurship. A few days ago, Adam shared an AI app with me, and since then I’ve been asking it to create songs designed to rewire the way we feel and think about money and sales. Here’s the first song I uploaded. ☺️ Now I’m curious, have you ever had a song stuck in your head? And which songs have stayed in your mind the longest? What kind of lyrics would you want to listen to?

The Limit is You
I read this article that spoke into the 'Black Coffee Theory'. Across workplaces and personal growth journeys, there’s a simple, yet revealing pattern: people often describe their goals through avoidance. They say what they don’t want: “I don’t want burnout,” “I don’t want uncertainty,” “I don’t want to feel stuck.” This is where the Black Coffee Theory comes in. Imagine someone walks into a café and repeatedly tells the barista, “I don’t want black coffee.” The barista, hearing nothing else, remembers only that. And chances are, black coffee is exactly what ends up at the table. When we fixate on what we’re trying to escape from, our energy, choices, and mindset stay anchored to that very outcome. Avoidance feels like clarity, but it’s actually directionless. Even Einstein’s insight applies here: problems can’t be solved from the same level of thinking that created them. If the focus is only on frustration, scarcity, or fear, those patterns quietly repeat themselves. But when we shift towards defining what we do want like growth, stability, creativity, abundance, our internal compass realigns. Our decisions sharpen. Our opportunities expand. Progress becomes possible the moment we stops ordering life by saying “not this,” and starts asking for what we truly want. Here's your opportunity-share what you WANT and let's manifest your greatest dream together!

@Michaela Juby I've had a great amount of shift in the last decade the major ones - ended a life of crime to become a therapist - ended 10 years of drug addiction to several drugs - started living abroad and lived in 12 countries - overcame ADHD and can meditate four hour long periods - became raw vegan chef - recently became multi orgasmic through the use of my awareness more will come :)

Lesson of the day Feb. 1, 2026
@Rex Loyer really lit a fire under my ass today by reminding me of something important. Momentum comes from action, not waiting. When I stop postponing the next step and move with what’s available now, energy shows up. Clarity follows movement. Confidence follows engagement. I can do 90% effort whenever I want, easy. Sometimes 99% is easy, but what happens when I step over that line is incredibly powerful and I experienced that today. In short today’s lesson was a reminder that starting creates the conditions for everything else.

My Challenge for 30 days 🔥
Just a quick note about my challenge~ to keep showing up every single day. The day I started Skool, I noticed the icons by peoples names and had to find out what they meant. Once I did, I realized I had the power to get the flame 🔥 and that was 100% on me. I made it my personal challenge. I got my flame on day 30 and never looked back. Not a big deal if you have it or not because we all know 💩 happens! I’m saying this because it was a challenge to myself and for myself. Could I show up every single day? The answer was yes! What challenge are you capable of overcoming based on your own determination? Big or small ~ they all matter!!

@Melissa Boster totally understand, what do you tink about sales and influence?
1 like • 9d
@Melissa Boster so then if you have influence don't you believe you can use it to gain the icons that require the intervention of your members ? what do you mean by hard selling? most sales are just a matter of exposing the product or service in a way that is appealing to the customers in a supermarket all product are on shelve and simply displayed, the customers just take them if they feel pleased to in coaching, the shelve is more a mental alignment we create by asking questions how many sales have you been through so far?
2026: Where to Start?
Finding a balance between life and work can be tricky. The scale often leans more towards work and we are left with very little energy for ourselves and our loved ones. I have spent the last month soaking up the magic of this life and actually got MARRIED!! Now, as I officially begin my work year, I have two main objectives: 1) Finish what I started 2) Let go of what isn't working We tend to overwhelm ourselves with what needs to be done, writing to-do lists that never get done, putting too much on ourselves because we want to 'be better', or 'get it done faster'. The truth is, we only have 24 hours in a day. Within those 24 hours, approximately 8-10 hours are dedicated to 'the grind'. I currently have three on-going projects, and sometimes fitting them all into one day only has me scratching the surface of each. So where to start? I'm starting this year off by reflecting on how my last year went, and creating a clear intention for what I would like this year to look like. Setting up weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals so that I do not overwhelm myself by trying to have it all done at once. We work so that we can enjoy our life, this is just a gentle reminder that what you do becomes a large part of your life. Just don't ever let it take over. Wishing you all a year of success, opportunity, and abundance!! How are you starting your year?

congratulations on getting married! I feel you on this time management thing and I've also asked myself is it worth it to sacrifice activities I love for the sake of doing them and the ones I need to do to fill up certain needs one shift was that if I can't do what I love, I can love what I do the second is to look at compounding effect, building a life is like laying bricks, in our Digital world we are bombarded with images of people being further than us and instant access to anything which isn't the way our brains evolved during millions of years, 200 years ago everything was way slower... just having a new bookshelf woudl take time, there was no ikea, it would need to be ordered and then made... the things I do to track my efforts and stay consistent are - have a google sheet where I measure my progress daily and look at how each action influnences the other - infinite to do list, I have a few to do list with 1000"s of the same action like 30 min yoga, so many reps I wouldn't have the time to finish in one year, this pushes me to do more of what I want - schedule time for each activity and just practice it - meditate 3h/ day, this just clears out all the overthinking and creates a bank space for action - shape a new identity with hypnosis - just accept that the only thing that truly matter is the practice and the results are a bonus
