How do you cancel doubt? the difference between noise vs signal?
Today I was about to open my laptop after a few days’ break…and for a split second, my stomach clenched.
My mind started racing:“What if they… bla bla bla…” (insert classic negative thinking)
Damn, man.Doubt. Fear. Old rejection patterns.All that noise hit me at once.
And when I finally checked the messages I was worried about?It was manly positive.
But that’s the problem this doubt can stop you before you even start it used to make me procrastinate Like I was going etc win a championship
I decided to solve it at the root: the mind.
Every day, I meditate in silence.
But I also love programming my mind in theta state because theta is where your brain is the most receptive.
