Introducing myself - a researcher from Australia
Hi, I'm Bhavana (or you can call me Vana), I'm originally from India but currently living in Melbourne. I'm a scientist working in academic research, so you can ask me anything about medical research (my specific field of expertise is immunology and tissue regeneration). In ADHD Harmony, I want to learn how to leverage my ADHD brain so that everything stops feeling like such a struggle. I am someone with lots of ideas, but not enough motivation to follow through with them. I lack the consistency to keep things moving once I start and this is something I really want to work on. Outside of my work, I like being outdoors in nature, doing a bit of yoga, going for pilates or strength training classes, cycling when possible, and writing (trying out Substack for now). Hoping to connect with others and learn some new strategies to deal with my ADHD in this group!

@Elena Thompson Thanks for your comment! I am a bit slow to check-in and follow through but hope to get better with that! :)

@Judy Hamilton Hi Judy, thanks for your comment and sorry I'm only replying now, but it's nice to meet you here :) The timing of these sessions doesn't make it easy for those of us in Australia, but hopefully I can keep up!

Welcome to ADHD Harmony. I'm excited you're here. This community helps you turn ADHD from something you fight against into your greatest advantage. No quick fixes or productivity hacks that fall apart after a week. This is identity-level transformation, grounded in neuroscience and real experience. The next free 5-day challenge starts April 27. Before it begins, watch the short videos that explain the community and how Skool works (about 20 minutes). 👉 Click here to dive in

I signed up for the last challenge but couldn't join live due to the time difference and couldn't complete the assigned items in the classroom either. I am hoping to be more consistent this time around! I am a scientist and don't have a formal ADHD diagnosis yet (mainly because I can't afford it right now), although my psychologist has informally assessed me through multiple questionnaires and is pretty sure I have it. I listened to most of the replays from last time's cohort and a lot of it definitely felt very familiar. I do have a lot of systems in place to help me manage my ADHD-like symptoms, but it's always, always, always an uphill battle and something I constantly struggle with. Hoping to find some new nuggets of advice here and looking forward to what I can learn through Jim and the community!
I don't even know what to title this. I am in shock.
The final AI-generated report needs to come with a warning. I am emotionally wrecked. But in the best way possible. The AI report that came after completing Day 5 questions has beyond exceeded my expectations. If I wanted to write a book about my life, I would 100% use this tool as guidance. This report cracked open every secret, every suppressed feeling, every detail of my life that actually matters. If you are lost or have felt suppressed most of your life, you NEED to do this report. Be as honest and detailed as you can possibly be, and I promise this will be the best decision you've ever made. This is going to give me the strength I need to take real, purposeful action in my life. I am shocked that this is even free. Thank you so much, Jim. I am forever grateful for this gift.

Hi, I'm just starting to navigate this. Where do I access the questionnaire for this report? Thanks in advance
